For the best chance of receiving your order before Christmas, please place your order by the following dates:
- International Standard: Tuesday, 8 December
- International Expedited: Tuesday, 15 December
- UK Standard / Economy: Tuesday, 15 December
- UK Next Day: Friday, 18 December
Please note: Orders placed within 3 days after the relevant cut-off date may still arrive before Christmas, but are at high risk of courier delays. Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Order processing
We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day if placed before 14:00 GMT (Mon–Fri), excluding bank holidays. Bespoke or made-to-order items may take longer — these items will display an estimated dispatch time at checkout.
Tracking & delivery
All deliveries include a tracking number and progress updates. UK deliveries will require a signature — if you miss a delivery, your courier will leave collection instructions. International deliveries may be handled by local postal services once the parcel leaves the UK.

Do you include duties & taxes?
For the UK and the listed EU countries duties and taxes are included. For other countries duties and taxes may be payable by the customer at import.
Can I track my order?
Yes — tracking details are emailed when your order is dispatched. Use the tracking link in the email or contact Customer Care if you need help.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times vary by country and service: UK standard 2–5 working days, EU 7–10 working days, expedited services typically 2–4 working days. Check the tables on this page for specifics.
How do I return an item?
