    We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day if placed before 14:00 GMT (Mon–Fri), excluding bank holidays. Bespoke or made-to-order items may take longer — these items will display an estimated dispatch time at checkout.

    All deliveries include a tracking number and progress updates. UK deliveries will require a signature — if you miss a delivery, your courier will leave collection instructions. International deliveries may be handled by local postal services once the parcel leaves the UK.

    • Original presentation boxes and contents must be included.
    • For hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
